Where ServiceM8 shines: unlimited staff on every paid plan, so a large crew running modest job volume genuinely pays less there than here. It's Australian-built with deep Xero and MYOB integration, which is how its customers meet Single Touch Payroll in Australia and payday filing in New Zealand. Flowdexa calculates gross pay from logged hours but does not file STP or payday filing, so you would still run those through your accounting software. ServiceM8's quoting, proposals, asset management, and forms and certificates are also more developed than ours.
