You're responsible for the actions taken on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Admins are responsible for the actions of members they invite to their project.
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe on others' rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure or other tenants. The audit log records every state-changing action; we may review it to investigate abuse.
We aim for high availability and continuous improvement but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance through the dashboard.
Subscription fees are billed via Stripe at the plan rate listed at purchase. You can change plans, cancel, or download invoices from the billing section of the dashboard. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case.
Flowdexa's payroll features are a calculation and record-keeping aid, not a statutory payroll service. What the service produces is an internal pay summary — it is not a payslip, pay advice, or any other document required by law in your jurisdiction. Figures are derived from the data you enter (timesheets, wage rates, multipliers, and deductions you configure), so you are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before paying anyone. You remain solely responsible for meeting your employment obligations, including tax withholding and remittance, statutory reporting and filings, superannuation or social security contributions, minimum wage, award, and overtime entitlements, leave accrual, and the retention of employment records. Flowdexa does not file, remit, or report anything to any tax or government authority on your behalf, and does not provide tax, accounting, payroll, or legal advice. Use of these features is not a substitute for professional advice or for payroll software certified in your jurisdiction.
You can cancel your subscription or archive a project from the dashboard at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice except for cause (security incidents, payment issues).
