This is a plain-language summary of how Flowdexa handles data today. A longer formal notice is being prepared. For anything not covered here, please contact us.
Flowdexa is operated by Vasuphol Atharyuti, an individual, who is the data controller for personal data processed through the service. Privacy questions and data requests go to vasupholatharyuti@gmail.com and are answered personally.
Account information you provide (name, email, organization), data you enter while operating the product (customers, jobs, schedules, payroll inputs, documents you upload), and basic telemetry from your use of the service (page views, errors, performance metrics).
To deliver the service you signed up for, communicate about your account, maintain product reliability, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal data.
Application data is stored in a managed Supabase project. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never touches our database. Email is sent via Resend.
You can export, correct, or delete project data from the dashboard at any time. To request deletion of all your data including the account itself, contact us via the address below.
